- Copy of birth certificate, The original birth certificate must be produced for verification at the time of interview / admission. Certificates issued by hospitals will not be considered [Only in case of Pre – Primary]
- Copy of the latest progress report, if a child is seeking admission to Std.1st and above.
- Transfer certificate. duly completed and counter signed by education authorities, if a child seeking admission to Std. 1st and above.
- Passport size photographs (one each of the child, father mother and guardian, if applicable)
- Two passport size photographs of child.
- Copy of immunization chart of the child.
- Address proof (Telephone bill / Electricity bill / Driving license / PAN Card / Passport)
- Eye / ENT specialist report. (Very important)
- Copy of Registration Card
- Copy of marks, including PSA & ASL grades & Marks
- Copy of Report Card as per CBSE guideline
- Original Transfer Certificate with countersign if applicable.
- Parent’s Application for Change of School
- Documents for reason of change
- 4 copies of Passport size photograph
- Parents with students Photograph
